Happy Full Moon in earthy, sensual, and feminine Taurus!
The full moon becomes exact at 2:23 pm PST today, November 6, 2014.
As with all full moons we will continue to feel this energy for another day or so and since we’re immersed in the energy of the Taurus/Scorpio axis you might as well savor the experience and the gifts (Taurus) before it transforms (Scorpio) into a something new.
This full moon is occurring at 14 degrees of Taurus and will be amplifying any planets or angles that you have within a couple degrees of this point.
Do you have planets around 14 degrees of the fixed signs: Leo, Aquarius, Taurus or Scorpio? If so then this full moon will be activating your energy and bringing more things to light.
Even if you don’t have any planets there, as I always say, full moons are a time of heightened emotions so the key is to remain in balance while dipping your toe into the cosmic waters of the light and the dark…the security and safety….and the intensity and magnetic forces of Taurus and Scorpio, respectively.
The ruler of this full moon is Venus (planet of love, money, values, self-worth) and she is coming up to a conjunction (touching) with Saturn (planet of responsibility, discipline, structure, and reality).
She’s not quite conjuncting Saturn yet; however, her energy is applying meaning she is moving toward her rock…she’s slowly doing her sensual dance up to her masculine counterpart. She’s looking for more grounding and stability so she can relish in her sensuality and be the feminine goddess that she is.
What does this mean for you?
This full moon may bring something to light that has been slowly unfolding since September. Venus to Saturn asks you to be real with your love.
– What is it that you need for a lasting relationship?
– Where can you no longer deny your needs in order to get the love that you really want?
– Do you love yourself enough to be in a committed relationship with someone else?
These are all questions to ponder over the next couple of days.
Taurus energy teaches us that it’s all about self-love and your own values. Scorpio has a tendency to seek it through others because they want to dive so deeply into the depths of someone else’s soul. This polarity is asking you to dive deep but make sure you have your own support.
Dive deep but no matter what anyone else does you must first be strong and stable in your own core and know your worth because if you don’t then no one else will be able to reflect that back to you.
You will always be seeking and searching as Scorpio energy does however with the Sun in Scorpio and the Moon in Taurus this opposition is there to help you see the light that is already within.
Venus seductively moving toward Saturn is doing so with the intention of forming lasting relationships. Decisions will be made and these decisions will be strong, stable, and permanent. If you don’t know what I’m referring to then don’t worry, let it unfold as it should in the right timing for your soul’s journey.
If this is striking a cord with you then make sure you are integrity with what you want long term (Saturn) because your love and worth (Taurus) can only be shared and penetrated (Scorpio) when you are firm on your boundaries (Taurus) of what you deserve.
This full moon will bring this all to the surface over the next couple days and in the weeks following. The energy next week will bring a mars/pluto conjunction adding intensity and action to what is already building.
For now strike a balance with the deep, dark places of your psyche (Scorpio) and with the practical, grounded, calm and steady (Taurus) energy inside your being. Dance the dance of the cosmic waltz. Flow and embrace the moments so you don’t break, my loves.
Feel the Taurus moon bringing you strength from the ground and breathe in stability and security, but not so much that you hold on for dear life…because as I said…it’s a dance of the heavens here on earth. Put on the music, smell the roses, embrace the sensuality of being here on this abundant earth plane, and feel it deeply in your soul (Scorpio).
